- No, because she the Weekly World News is not considered a credible news source. Also, Megan Fox is a public figure.
3. “In my opinion, Kevin is a murdering rapist.”
- Yes, because although he's saying "in my opinion", stating that someone is a mudering rapist is a statement of fact.
